The app does not give a diagnosis

Tozzy helps you measure and track your pet's health at home. The app does not give a diagnosis, does not suggest treatment, and does not replace a visit to the vet. The colors and status notices only show whether the count went past the threshold agreed with your vet.

In an emergency, or if you have a question about your pet's health, talk to your vet or seek veterinary care.

The measurement

The camera count can be wrong, for example if your pet moves, the light is low, or the chest is not clearly visible. Check the count and adjust it when needed. You are responsible for the measurements you save.

Your account and the family

• You sign in with your email and a code. Do not share the code with anyone.
• Whoever creates the pet is the owner. The owner invites other people to care for the pet together.
• Everyone in a pet's family sees and logs that pet's data.

Proper use

Use the app only to care for pets. Do not try to access other families' data or disrupt how the service works.

Plus subscription

Plus is an optional subscription, bought only in the iPhone app, through the App Store. The subscription renews on its own until you cancel. To cancel, do it at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Your Apple account is charged, and refund requests go to Apple. Your pet's health, such as counting breaths, medicines, the routine, and vaccines, stays free. If the subscription ends, your data stays saved.

Changes to the service

The app is under development. Features can change, arrive, or go away. If we change these terms, we show the new date at the top of this page.
