I did not get the sign-in code
Check your spam folder and that the email is right. The code is valid for a few minutes. If the time is up, ask for a new code.
How do I invite someone from the family?
In the app, open the pet and tap "Invite family". Send the 6-digit code or the link. The person signs in with their own email and enters the code.
The camera count looks wrong
Measure while your pet is sleeping, in a well-lit place, with the chest visible on the screen. You can adjust the count before saving.
The breathing is high. What should I do?
Measure again in a few minutes. If it stays above the threshold, talk to your vet. The app does not give a diagnosis.
How do I delete my account?
Write to the contact email from the account's email. After we confirm the account is yours, we delete the account and your pets' data.
