Tozzy started with Thor

Thor is the spitz of the family that made Tozzy. He has a heart condition, and his vet asked us to track his breathing during sleep, every day.

We built the app we wanted to have: a quick count, a history the whole family sees, and a simple way to show it all to the vet.

All of your pet’s health in one place

We started with breathing, the sign Thor needed most. Today Tozzy also covers medicines, vaccines, symptoms, and vet visits. And new trackers are on the way.

  • Sleep breathing

The iPhone camera counts the breaths in 15 seconds. History, chart, and a color for each measurement.

    See how it works
  • Medicines with “I gave it”

Times, reminders, and a pill count. Nobody gives the same dose twice.

  • Vaccination card

The vaccines your vet records show up in the app, with a reminder for the next dose.

  • Symptoms and notes

Symptoms, vet visits, and observations on a timeline. A note can stay family-only.

  • Ask Tozzy

A chat that knows your pet and helps with behavior and everyday care. It does not give a diagnosis.

  • With your vet

Share the history with your vet, read-only, and end it whenever you want.

Trackers on the way

Sleeping breathing, counted by the camera

It is the sign many vets ask owners to track at home when a pet has heart disease. Tozzy counts for you.

  1. 1
    Step 1

    Your pet sleeps

Wait until your pet is sleeping calmly. In deep rest, the count is more reliable.

  2. 2
    Step 2

The camera counts for 15 seconds

Point the iPhone at your pet's chest. The app counts the breaths, and you can adjust the count.

  3. 3
    Step 3

    You see the result

The app shows breaths per minute and a status color. Above 30 breaths/min, it asks you to talk to your vet.

The video never leaves your phone. The app keeps only the count.

Try counting

The circle breathes like a sleeping pet. Tap the button each time it fills. In 15 seconds, you see the math.

This is only a test, with a pretend pet. In the app, the camera counts for you.

One pet, the whole family caring

Who walks, who gives the medicine, who goes to the vet: each person does their part, and everyone sees it.

  • Illustration: a mother, a son, and a grandfather care for a spitz together in the living room, with a kitten on the sofa.

The family on the same pet

Invite the people who help with a 6-digit code. Everyone sees the same measurements and check-offs.

  • Today’s routine

Walks, meals, and medicines in one list. When someone checks an item, everyone sees it.

  • Memories

Photos and special moments, kept just for the family.

  • On your wrist and the Lock Screen

Count on Apple Watch with one tap per breath, without turning on a light. See the next medicine in a widget.

On iPhone, Apple Watch, and the web. The Android app is on the way.

Your pet's data belongs to your family

  • The video stays on your phone

The camera counts the breaths on the iPhone itself. No video is sent or stored.

  • You decide who sees it

Only the family you invite sees the pet. The vet sees only what you allow.

  • You can delete everything

Ask to delete your account and your pet's data at any time.

  • Read-only access: the breathing curve, the profile, and the notes the owner allows.
  • The owner controls access and can end sharing whenever they like.

The panel is free.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes. Today the app is free, on the iPhone and in the browser.

Does it work with cats?

Yes. The count works with dogs and cats. Your vet can set a different threshold for your pet, and the app uses it.

Does the app give a diagnosis?

No. The app helps you measure and track breathing at home. Your vet is the one who assesses your pet's health. If the count is high, talk to your vet.

Why measure breathing during sleep?

For dogs and cats with heart disease, the sleeping respiratory rate is a simple sign that many vets ask owners to track at home.

Does the app track more than breathing?

Yes. Today it covers medicines, vaccines, routine, symptoms, and notes. Weight, water and appetite, wellbeing, and a seizure log are on the way.

Do I need an iPhone?

To measure with the camera, yes. In the browser, the family sees the history, logs a manual count, and invites other people. The Android app is on the way.

How many people can care for the same pet?

As many as you like. Each person signs in with their own email and sees the same measurements.

Can I have more than one pet?

Yes. Add all your pets and switch between them at the top of the screen.

Do you sell my pet’s data?

No. We do not sell data, and we do not use data for advertising.
